Through calm and clear cues, Shamira emphasises on form over reps by focusing on the foundations that appear simple but very effective in getting a toned physique, better posture and even rehabilitation. Whenever shes not teaching a class, Rae balances her time between going for walks, working out at the gym, and also working with her private clients.
