genuinely don’t get where the negative reviews are coming from because i love this outlet. out of the 3 tone outlets, this has got to be my favourite. it’s intimate, the staff are friendly, and parking is easy. if you ever get a chance to pick a trainer, go for fildzah. she’s so kind and patient. she always focuses on form, which is a must with pilates.
